The experience that inspired the creation of Home to Home
Having relocated from Brazil, Mariana has been living in the UK for the past 23 years. She has experienced first-hand several moves around the UK, renting and buying in London as well as other parts of England, and has gained in-depth knowledge of London's property market. Her passion for real state and interior design give her the perfect skills to create great family homes.
Now, having become a mother of two here in the UK, in addition to having worked for 15 years for the local government, she has also gained significant expertise of the educational system, public services, and many other aspects of adapting to the British way of living.
Mariana has helped many friends along the years to find the most suitable area in London and to settle into their new British lives, gaining not only practical but also cultural knowledge of the local life style - and this was the inspiration that led to the creation of Home to Home.

The idea of this lovely enterprise came from a happy encounter. An
encounter that brought together Mariana (founder and partner) and Larissa (co-founder and ex-partner), two mums living in London, navigating
the school and childcare system, fortunately experiencing first hand life
in one of London's greatest family areas, and looking for an opportunity
to share their knowledge and their learning with other people who, like
themselves, have made London their home.
Mariana has lived in the UK for over 23 years, having moved within England several times, renting, buying, renovating properties, and exploring what different areas have to offer. Now, mother of two, she has settled into a family oriented area in North West London, and is looking to put her passion for real estate and experience with the educational system to good use, helping other people to make their happy stories in London too!
Larissa relocated to the UK from Brazil with her family, seeking to embark in a personal and professional adventure. With two small children, she was faced with the reality of finding a good school provision and settling into an area that suited their family needs and lifestyle. Mariana quickly turned to Larissa's support, offering advice and help with so many aspects of their integration with the new London life.
When these two business minded mothers met, not only a long lasting friendship but also the idea of Home to Home was born. Their intention was to help many other people to have stress-free beginnings and happy stories in this very special part of the world.
Seven years on, Home to Home is going strong and has now helped numerous families, couples and employees to move from diverse parts of the globe into London, supporting them with any needs arising from their relocatioin into London. Home to Home has also expanded the range of services offered as well as its expertise - we now also help our clients to plan the best holidays in London or a short stay for studying or just experiencing London's life for a little while.
Larissa has now moved on to new adventures and the Home to Home team has expanded. We are here to help you with anything you may need - get in touch!
