* Selection and advice on suitable areas - online research and outline of most suitable areas sent to you;
* Property Shortlist according to client's brief, requirements & budget - online and local search by Home to Home, and shortlist of best properties sent to you (up to 12 properties);
* Booking of viewings for shortlisted properties - viewing itinerary organised for you;
* Property viewing - Home to Home will either accompany you in person OR film the property during the viewings (live video call also available);
* Negotiation with estate agents on behalf of client - Home to Home will submit the offer on the chosen property, agree the contract and help you arrange the payment of the deposit and undergo the financial checks;
* Check In inventory and professional cleaning check done for the client;
* Property furnishing (as agreed/requested as an add on service);
* Collection of keys from estate agents.

* Advice and setting up of home utilities for client - electricity, gas, water, council tax, internet (broadband), cable TV, TV licence, home insurance,etc;

* Advice and setting up of personal registrations for client - bank account, Insurance Number (NI), GP (local doctors practice), NHS (National Health Service);
* Assistance and setting up of Private Health Insurance, personal insurance (please note we do not suggest the best insurance, only register the clients according to their choice);
* Accompanying client to any face-to-face appointments needed for any of the personal registrations.

Price £ 880

* Interview with client for definition of school or childcare type, budget available and preferences of the family;

* Advice on school system and childcare provision in the UK;

* Selection and shortlist of most suitable schools/childcare providers in the residential area chosen by the client;

* Liaison with schools/childcare providers to check availability of places, application and waiting list processes on behalf of the client;

* Visits to schools/childcare providers arranged by Home to Home - we either accompany the family or complete the visits on their behalf;

* Completion of the admissions process on behalf of the client, securing a place for the child/children in the chosen education provider (please note that for more than one child there is an increase in the amount quoted below).

* Definition of extra courses or additional support required by the client;

* Research of most suitable options and registration with a gym, language course, clubs or extracurricular activities for children done by Home to Home on behalf of the client;
* Sourcing babysitter/nanny for the client (interview to be done by the client) ;
* Accompanying client to visit gym facilities, courses or clubs, vets, hospital appointments as required.

* End of tenancy management (liaison with landlords/managing agency, cleaning, check out, arranging return of deposit) ;

* Termination of utility bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband, TV licence, home insurance, etc);
* De-registrations with schools, extra-curricular courses, doctors;
* Support with the closure of bank account, phone contract;
* Mail forwarding to the new address.

Price £ 880

* Definition of clients' objectives/ purpose of their trip to London (study, work, holidays);

* Airport transfers;
* Search for the most suitable accommodation according to clients' criteria;
* Help to find and book a short-term course (usually a language course);
*Creation of a schedule with some ‘inside tips' of great places to see and fabulous things to do (not very touristic and well known destinations);
* Reservations for shows, restaurants, theatres or other events of your choice;
* Planning and organisation of entertainment for kids;
* Planning and organisation of day trips to some incredible places outside of London.

**Please note that the expenses for courses, bookings, events or transport will be a separate charge met by the client.

* Home to Home offers employees full support with their relocation, taking care of all the details involved in their move and settling into the new London life (combination of three premium services of Home Search, Settling In and School Search);
* Building clients profile to define their needs and requirements in the relocation process;
* Advice and mapping of most suitable areas in London according to client preferences;
* Shortlist of best properties in preferred area, according to client's brief, requirements & budget;
* Viewings of shortlisted properties and negotiation with estate agents on behalf of the client;
* Advice on school system and childcare provision in the UK;
* Selection and shortlist of most suitable schools/childcare providers;
* Liaison with schools/childcare providers, application and completion of the admissions process on behalf of the client (additional cost for more than 1 child to be discussed with the Home to Home team);
* Setting up all service and utility bills on behalf of the client (water, gas, electricity, internet, council tax, bank account, registration with the national health service).
* Any extra support necessary for a smooth relocation (this can be requested separately if not included in the Corporate Services package).

* Liaison with the removal company and receipt of clients' goods on their behalf;
* Unpacking and putting everything away, always in consultation with the clients;
* Collection and removal of all the packaging (boxes, plastic, polystyrene, etc), which in London needs to be disposed of under strict conditions;
* Organising a good cleaning in the new property, before the clients' arrival;
* Purchasing furniture and home accessories, according to clients' budget, needs and preferences.

Price £ 40 (pr hora)

* Consultation on day-to-day questions such as: where to buy certain items, what is the best supermarket, where to eat (restaurants and cafes), where to get certain items for the house, is it ok to drink tap water, suggestions of good hospitals /dentists /specialists;
* Unlimited questions answered for a month  

* Information requested is shared with clients via whatsapp (links, names of stores, restaurants, etc);
* Practical and cultural guidance offered to get our clients settled into their new routines.
